Memor ("we", "us") provides grave navigation, memorial pages, cemetery management tools, and a grave-care marketplace through thememorapp.com and the Memor mobile apps. This policy describes what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account information you provide (name, email, phone); memorial content you create (photographs, stories, tributes) with the visibility you choose; location data while you use grave navigation, used only to guide you on the grounds; order details for care services; and usage data that helps us keep the service reliable.

How we use it

To operate the service: finding graves, rendering maps, delivering care orders, and maintaining memorial pages. We do not sell personal information. Memorial content is shared only according to the privacy setting its owner selects — private, family-shared, or public.

Sharing

We share information with cemetery partners only as needed to fulfill the services you request (for example, a care order at their grounds), with service providers under contract, and where required by law.

Your choices

You can access, correct, or delete your account information and memorial content from within the app, change memorial visibility at any time, and contact us at privacy@thememorapp.com for any privacy request.
