These terms govern your use of thememorapp.com and the Memor mobile applications. By using Memor you agree to them.

The service

Memor provides cemetery search and navigation, digital memorial pages, cemetery management tools, and a marketplace for grave-care services. Record accuracy depends on cemetery sources and community contributions; we work to keep records correct but cannot guarantee completeness.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you add to memorial pages and grant Memor the license needed to host and display it according to the visibility settings you choose. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, infringing, or disrespectful to the deceased or their families.

Care services

Care orders are fulfilled by independent local caretakers subject to each cemetery's rules. Photo confirmation is provided on completion. Refunds for unfulfilled orders are handled through support@thememorapp.com.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no scraping of records at scale, no interference with cemetery operations, and no use of navigation features in violation of cemetery visiting rules.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
